Article states 40km from Dibrugarh to sanctuary.

Dibrugarh is 150km away from Roing, and Roing to Anini is another 170km – and then you still won’t be quite inside the sanctuary. So the real distance is around 10x farther than claimed.

Also Tezu airport is closer to Roing and is served by AI- so this should shorten the trip slightly.
